On Thursday, March 26, join us for a one-night-only wine dinner at The Blue Room, where a specially curated course will be paired with Champagne Bollinger. We are honored to welcome Champagne Bollinger Ambassador Mr. Tomohiko Shinbo, who will share reflections on Bollinger's heritage, the terroir of Champagne, and the spirit behind its wines.
Founded in 1829 in the village of Aÿ in France's Champagne region, Champagne Bollinger has remained devoted to traditional craftsmanship and uncompromising quality.
