Kisvin Winery, one of Japan's top wine producers, will be hosting a 5-course Maker's Dinner pairing a rare selection of Kisvin wines around an exquisite seasonal menu at The Blue Room this December.

Located in a small winery in the garden of a farmhouse in Yamanashi Prefecture, Kisvin's clean, fruity wines have been praised by the world's top sommeliers and earned a loyal following amongst wine lovers. For two nights only, a limited number of 16 seats will be available to enjoy the marriage of The Blue Room's special course menu with a selection of exclusive wines. Oenophile Yasuhiro Ogiwara, the CEO and cellar master of Kisvin Maison, will be present to speak about the craftsmanship of winemaking.
